Blackboard has released cumulative update 7 for the version of Blackboard currently running on classes.alaska.edu.

Cumulative updates (CUs) are collections of bug-fixes and security patches. Full documentation of all fixes in CU7 are available in the Cumulative Update 7 for Blackboard Learn, 9.1 Q4 2018 release notes.
