To improve workstation security and convenience, we are enabling Windows Hello for active devices in the Statewide Office (SO). This change allows affected users to log in to their Windows workstations using biometric authentication, such as facial recognition or a fingerprint scanner.

User Impact: For most users, no immediate action is required. However, the small number of users who previously set up Windows Hello independently may experience a brief service interruption. These users will not lose access to Windows Hello permanently, but they will need to remove their existing PIN and recreate it to align with the new domain policy.
