UA Google Workspace - Account Deletion

As part of the Google Storage Initiative, UA will begin to enforce account retention policies in cloud productivity environments like UA Google Workspace. Accounts previously archived due to inactivity as part of this alignment will now be deleted/removed from the UA Google Workspace environment.

This process is scheduled to begin September 15, in accordance with CIO/CMT planning and approvals. Based on the volume of accounts to be removed, we expect it will be completed by September 18 COB, if not sooner.
