PROD Banner instances will have disk resized, systems will be have disks resized with the updates listed below. The following Ellucian hosted banner components will see potential performance impacts during this maintenance.

- Banner Admin / AppNav
- UAOnline
- Banner 9 Self Service
- Banner Access Manager
- Banner Communication Management
- Identity Services
- Touchnet Integration Instance

During the work the host that has these will have the service turned off, relying on another instance to continue to service the requests. The disk will be resized and the applications will be started again on the server.

The work is expected to take between 45 minutes to an hour to complete.
