Overview of Planned Work:

System Preparation

Coordinate with vendor support engineers to shift active server workloads off the target hardware onto backup systems in our cluster.

Physical Hardware Replacement

Replace a degrading system storage drive with a new replacement unit in the server rack.

System Restoration & Health Check

Take the server out of maintenance mode, verify that overall system health is fully green, and confirm all services are back up.
